Ring Beats is a virtual reality (VR) rhythm game experience which is intended to entertain.
We collect and store the player’s unique platform identifier (Player ID) and public display name (Player Display Name) along with scores attributed to that username.
We collect and store the player’s headset type and platform used (Platform Data) , and the IP address (Network ID) where the player is playing from.
We collect other anonymized information from your play of Ring Beats.
Ring Beats does NOT collect or display the player’s real name, physical address or contact information.

Facilitate in-game leaderboards for the player which also display their on-platform friends details.
Facilitate multiplayer games and player-to-player interaction including social features such as moderation.
Support Challenges, Deep Linking using social features of the player’s chosen platform.
Facilitate a publicly-accessible Leaderboards API to allow creation of websites and services for tournaments, challenges and community building.
Protect the integrity of game services provided through the use of rate limiting and network-level blocking and access limitation.
AGGREGATE, DE-IDENTIFIED PLAY DATA
Analyze and improve our game.
Support the internal operations of Ring Beats.
We aggregate all other usage information collected outside of those necessary items listed separately so that it cannot be used to identify any particular player.
META / FACEBOOK PLATFORM
Third Party Tracking Technologies: Social Features, Activity and Movement Data, In-Game Purchases, Gameplay Information
Playing Ring Beats on the Meta platform with a Meta Account enables rich data sharing of your activity within Ring Beats to Meta and Facebook for features native to that platform. These include but are not limited to: gameplay data for dates, times, song and difficulty played, scoreboard information, challenge participation details, Facebook friends, information required for in-app purchases, In addition, players with Meta’s “Move” activated will activate collection of spatiotemporal virtual reality tracking data, fitness performance history and distances travelled on the Meta Platform. UNITY CRASH & ANALYTICS INTEGRATION
Third Party Tracking Technologies: Crash Information, Usage Data, Gameplay InformationWe utilise Unity Platform services to collect, store and analyze de-identified data from players. De-identified gameplay information corresponding to analytical metrics for player activities within the game is collected and stored in Unity Analytics to allow us to monitor and improve game services for all players. In addition, in the event that the game crashes and the player reports the crash, de-identified data about the circumstances of the crash are reported through the Unity Crash Monitoring service to monitor and improve the health of the game. RING BEATS PUBLIC LEADERBOARDS API
Third Party Tracking Technologies: Leaderboards Data, Gameplay InformationWe provide a publicly accessible API which allows the third-party integration of Ring Beats Leaderboard Data into websites and other services to provide a richer experience for Ring Beats players outside of the game, such as ranking, aggregate websites and tournaments. Data made available through this API consists only of that which is available in game on the leaderboards, and is limited to gameplay data for dates, times, song and difficulty played, scoreboard information, challenge participation details. It is possible for players to opt-out of leaderboards including this API by sending us an email at support@blrow.com.

Specifically, you can send us an email to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We may revise this Privacy Policy, for example, to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or the features of Ring Beats. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
